for sample , 28 USD per pair, minimum 4 different pairs, free shipping. send by international courier, it takes about 4 days arrive you. we shall provide a tracking number to you so that you can track it online.

what is price for shoes cost and shipping?

shoes cost  is  4.53 USD per pair.

we delivery order by international courier, average delivery fee  is 0.7 USD per pair added.

what is minimum order ?

minimum 1000 pairs Total ( different styles and sizes  can be mixed in )

what is shoes size range?

our factory provide 5 sizes for soft leather baby shoes: 0-6 months ( small ) , 6-12 months ( middle ), 12-18 months ( large ), 18-24 months (  XL ), 24-36 months (  XXL ).

can i place my own brand name  or logo on shoes and packing? what is the additional cost?

yes, you can place your own brand or logo on shoes and  packing. it is total for free service, no addtional cost. just send us the image or photo by email, our factory will manufacture lable exactly according your demand. find the brand name or logo templates in below files:

can i change color on your baby shoes? what is the additional cost?

yes, you can change shoes colour as you like, it is total free service , no addtional fee, coz we have our own leather painting workshop. find colour which you prefer in below colour charts:

can you make my own design shoes? what is the cost?

yes, we can make your own design shoes, just send your own design image or photo by email. we shall making exactly according to your demand.one-time customizing fee is 120 USD per design.find exmple in below files:

what is shoes weight? transport package weight? and what package volume?

1 transport carton can contain 60 pairs soft-sole shoes packed by PVC box.1 transport carton can contain 24 pairs hard-sole shoes packed by small carton.1 transport carton can contain 36 pairs hard-sole shoes attached with their compressed small carton.

what is manufacture time and delivery time? can i track my order online?

for 500 pairs baby shoes ,we need 1 week to manufacture . send by international express,delivery time is  about 4 days . we shall provide tracking number to you , so you can track your order online .our factory use below couier company , they are very good service:

what payment methods do you accept?

we accept TT ( bank wire transfer ), L/C ,paypal,western union for payment.

does your leather comply european safty standard?  can you send us the safty data report?

do you provide proforma invoice for company use?

yes, click below link to downlaod proforma invoice example, you can edit it  yourself by filling your company name, contact person, address , order details etc.

do you provide commercial invoice for goods clearance in our customs house?

yes, click below link to downlaod commercial invoice example, you can edit it  yourself by filling     your company name, contact person, address, order value etc. then email or print it forward to your country customs. we also paste commercial invoice sheet on the parcel when it is sent out from our factory . commercial invoice is only use for formal order, samples neednot commercial invoice coz it is delivered by gift satus.

do you provide gurantee and return?

yes, we offer 1 month gurantee & return for customer. shoes   can be sent back to sale department of buyer's country, but   buyer have to pay freight. our factory will send new one for   free. in fact, we control every step of manufacturing to assure high quality, so few sending back occur. in some case shoes will not be returned, for example: customer don't like the design but he/her has already worn it.
