   we offer 1 month Gurantee & return for customer . shoes can be sent back to factory . but buyer have to bear own freight. our factory will send another one for free.

   In fact , we control every step of manufacture to assure the quality . so few sending back occur .

   Some case  shoes will not be returned . for example : customer don't like the design  but he/her already buy and wear .
